Our Sales Team Lead plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a dynamic professional, you'll be responsible for guiding the sales team towards achieving their targets and exceeding client expectations.

What Awaits You in this Role:

  • Evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Suggest methods to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide daily performance feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Be available to employees who experience work or personal problems, offering coaching, counseling, and direction.
  • Conduct performance reviews to drive skills improvement.
  • Manage nesting agents to ensure proper performance before moving to the operations floor.
  • Incorporate performance intervention to accelerate learning.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Handle employee-related concerns and monitor transactions.
  • Monitor team performance across metrics such as NPS, CSAT, FCR, Adherence, Attrition, and more.
  • E nsure employees adhere to company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules, and work standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales with excellent people and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage processes and people effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment where changes may occur at any time.
  • Data analysis skills to drive decision-making and implement effective solutions.
  • Able to work collaboratively, make sound decisions, and handle complex situations with ease.
  • Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility.
  • Must be an excellent team player and collaborator.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure reflects the estimated annual compensation for this role in the United States. Salary may vary based on location and qualifications.
