Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our French Market team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with HR experts, discovering their needs, and delivering value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold-calling, LinkedIn, and emailing
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure high-quality sales cycles
  • Connect with Inbound & Outbound-B2B prospects and coordinate calls and meetings
  • Develop and execute strategies to analyze prospect information online
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product teams to drive sales efforts
Requirements
  • Experience in customer-oriented roles, such as Sales Development Representative, Sales Assistant, or Business Developer
  • Proficiency in using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, etc.
  • Strong understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns and implement efficient qualification methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills, with a strong ability to engage naturally with prospects
