Our Team

As a Commercial Strategy Lead at DiDi Food, you will work closely with our commercial teams to shape and execute our commercial strategic initiatives, driving growth and market leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives and drive growth with key food chains in Latin America.
  • Analyze the Key Accounts business continuously to determine strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team initiatives, including Commercial Operations, Eater Growth, Eater Engagement, and Product Development, to align strategies and execution.
  • Lead strategic projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Lead and coach a team of junior Strategy Analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences/Mathematics, or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in commercial consulting and/or strategy or related field.
  • English language, business fluency.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Database management skills, including data analysis and interpretation, data visualization, etc.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Financial and forecasting modeling.
  • Process diagnostics and improvement.
