**Your Role**
As our Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal part in propelling our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a robust business development strategy to achieve goals and boost revenue.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with current clients while actively pursuing new opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Manage the entire sales process, tracking performance using CRM tools to consistently meet targets.
- Engage potential clients through persuasive calls and present features to drive sales success.
- Maintain a dynamic prospect database and pursue business opportunities with persistent follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and efficiently schedule appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team.
- Coordinate engaging demonstrations and strategically plan demos for the team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies.
