Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with vendors and stakeholders, creating compelling content, capturing leads, and guiding new sellers through the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential vendors and markets for our products or services, focusing on diverse areas of the city.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential sellers, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Create high-quality and relevant content that attracts potential customers and provides value to them.
- Capture the contact information of interested sellers using lead capture forms or other tactics.
- Collect all required information to complete the onboard program.
- Guide new sellers through the initial steps at SHEIN, including SKU review and launching their first products online.
Requirements:
- Full graduation degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial B2B roles.
- Availability to visit sellers in the field (downtown, commercial areas, etc.).
- Sales aptitude and ambition to consistently exceed KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Mandatory advanced English skills.
Salary Estimate: Based on the requirements and location, we estimate a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
