Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience

About the Role:

We connect financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers to one another millions of times a day - quickly, reliably, and securely. Our work impacts every time you swipe your credit card, pay through a mobile app, or withdraw money from the bank.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Client Relationships
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients by proactively meeting on-site
  • Understand Customer Needs
  • Understand customer business problems, strategic objectives, competitive standing, and critical success factors to determine the best solutions
  • Develop Account Plans
  • Develop and document an Account Plan annually, including integration of other Fiserv business units, to accomplish specific goals
  • Promote Company Services
  • Presenting company services and value proposition to customers and customer groups
  • Identify Key Decision Makers
  • Identifying and building excellent relationships with key decision makers
  • Coordinate Business Proposals
  • Coordinating with regional and area operations managers to develop business proposals that align services to be delivered with customer needs and expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in this position
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Intermediate English - advanced (able to carry on a conversation)
  • Business Development Expertise
  • Provide business development skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of financial analysis
  • Risk Management Experience
  • Experience in risk management and/or familiarity with the banking and fintech solutions industry, a great advantage
  • Customer Service Focus
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different personalities
  • Effective Presentation Skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to work independently
  • Team Collaboration
