Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience
About the Role:
We connect financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers to one another millions of times a day - quickly, reliably, and securely. Our work impacts every time you swipe your credit card, pay through a mobile app, or withdraw money from the bank.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Client Relationships
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients by proactively meeting on-site
- Understand Customer Needs
- Understand customer business problems, strategic objectives, competitive standing, and critical success factors to determine the best solutions
- Develop Account Plans
- Develop and document an Account Plan annually, including integration of other Fiserv business units, to accomplish specific goals
- Promote Company Services
- Presenting company services and value proposition to customers and customer groups
- Identify Key Decision Makers
- Identifying and building excellent relationships with key decision makers
- Coordinate Business Proposals
- Coordinating with regional and area operations managers to develop business proposals that align services to be delivered with customer needs and expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in this position
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Intermediate English - advanced (able to carry on a conversation)
- Business Development Expertise
- Provide business development skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of financial analysis
- Risk Management Experience
- Experience in risk management and/or familiarity with the banking and fintech solutions industry, a great advantage
- Customer Service Focus
- Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different personalities
- Effective Presentation Skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Organizational Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to work independently
- Team Collaboration
- Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technology Proficiency
- PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential
