Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Director to lead the development and implementation of our sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales planning, analysis, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate contracts and agreements that drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Advanced English language skills
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Key Account Management or a related field
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
