About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Support Analyst to join our team at Viseo - Spain. As a key member of our digital commerce community, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with platform technologies and languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to diagnose and resolve user platform problems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve users' SFCC platform problems.
  • Perform user administrative tasks, logging and processing support calls.
  • Use object-oriented techniques to create reusable, easy-to-maintain code.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform.
  • 1+ years of SFRA experience.
  • Advanced communication skills.
