Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Match received materials with invoices and purchase orders
  • Report any discrepancies or damage to management
  • Fill out necessary documentation for warehouse activities
  • Identify and store goods in their designated locations
  • Provide accurate documentation for finished services
  • Participate in periodic inventory activities to ensure system and physical materials are aligned
  • Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to the right site
  • Support quality control in the quarantine area
  • Participate in the kitting process
  • Organize transportation of parts and tooling
  • Participate in the definition of transportation types

Requirements

  • Technical career or similar certification
  • Spanish (mother tongue or bilingual)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse
  • Experience in operating lift trucks and warehouse tools
  • Valuable experience in companies of the same sector or related
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Package proficiency
  • EHS knowledge
