Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Match received materials with purchase orders and invoices
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damage
  • Fill out necessary documentation and update inventory records
  • Store goods in a safe and organized manner, adhering to warehouse management protocols
  • Provide accurate and timely delivery of goods to the correct locations
  • Participate in periodic inventory activities to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support quality control efforts by monitoring and reporting on inventory discrepancies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless warehouse operations
Requirements
  • Technical degree or certification
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or bilingual)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Experience operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment
  • Valuable experience in a similar industry or sector
