Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist with expertise in French language to join our team at Syncreon Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve technical issues for clients with a high level of adaptability and agility in responding to rapidly changing IT environments.
  • Lead and implement new technologies and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong leadership, self-starter, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively manage and implement multiple high-priority projects.
  • Make strategic and tactical decisions that reflect good judgment, creative problem-solving skills, and resiliency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the ability to be influential and persuasive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a service desk management capacity.
  • ITIL certification is preferred but not required.
