Service Desk Specialist with French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist with expertise in French language to join our team at Syncreon Consulting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve technical issues for clients with a high level of adaptability and agility in responding to rapidly changing IT environments.
- Lead and implement new technologies and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong leadership, self-starter, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively manage and implement multiple high-priority projects.
- Make strategic and tactical decisions that reflect good judgment, creative problem-solving skills, and resiliency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the ability to be influential and persuasive.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in a service desk management capacity.
- ITIL certification is preferred but not required.
