As a Leading Claims Resolution Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing, tracking, and providing oversight to activities related to insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-end claims adjudication process management, aligned with response times, terms, and conditions
  2. Proposal of process improvement projects through analysis of operational metrics
  3. Documentation, standardization, and mapping of processes to optimize response times
  4. Process automation
  5. Familiarity with applicable CNSF regulations
  6. Knowledge of KPIs

Requirements:

  • Completed university education
  • 3-5 years of experience in areas of attention to claims (Life, Damage, Auto, etc.)
  • Excel skills (Dynamic Tables, Vlookup, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
  • Macros and Power BI knowledge (Desirable)
  • Intermediate English proficiency
