As a Leading Claims Resolution Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing, tracking, and providing oversight to activities related to insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end claims adjudication process management, aligned with response times, terms, and conditions
- Proposal of process improvement projects through analysis of operational metrics
- Documentation, standardization, and mapping of processes to optimize response times
- Process automation
- Familiarity with applicable CNSF regulations
- Knowledge of KPIs
Requirements:
- Completed university education
- 3-5 years of experience in areas of attention to claims (Life, Damage, Auto, etc.)
- Excel skills (Dynamic Tables, Vlookup, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
- Macros and Power BI knowledge (Desirable)
- Intermediate English proficiency
We Offer:
- Direct employment contract
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
