Proliance General Contractors:
A leading general contractor seeking an experienced Account Manager to play a key role in resolving claims and building client trust. By effectively communicating with clients, you will contribute to our revenue goals and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate clearly the expectations of the claims process to impact revenue and client satisfaction.
• Accurately record client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Collect funds from clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Schedule insurance adjuster appointments and manage calendar efficiencies to ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Clearly communicate the claims process to clients at key milestones to maintain transparency and trust.
• Exercise sound judgment in managing denied claims and re-inspections to minimize delays and disputes.
• Keep tasks in the CRM current to maintain job velocity and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build value, negotiate, and close deals effectively to drive revenue growth.
• Strong client service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
• Adaptable to new responsibilities and dynamic environments with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• English proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for this role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of client interactions and efficient claim resolution.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $7-$10 per hour, commensurate with experience, paid through the Beam platform. Additional benefits include self-development resources, mentorship, coaching, and regular training to support your growth and success.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour day shift from 9 am to 6 pm CST, including a 1-hour lunch break. You will have opportunities for daily role play and continuous improvement to enhance your skills and performance.
