  7. Manage the team to guarantee 100% of sales plan realization.
  8. Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  9. Ensure order tracking and correction.
  10. Coordinate technical inquiries.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of leadership experience driving a sales team;
  2. Proven track record of sales achievements in a B2B setting;
  3. Experience in building and motivating a sales team;
  4. Ability to analyze information and make decisions independently;
  5. Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality;
  6. Ambition to generate substantial earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product;
  7. Willingness to travel abroad;
  8. Good English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language.
