Overview

Lexzau, Scharbau Gmbh & Co. Kg is seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join its team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Field Sales roles in Freight forwarding or Forwarder, with a proven track record of success in sales and account development. You will work closely with our team to identify market opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and execute plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market opportunities and target accounts
  • Develop bilateral sales strategy for our products
  • Benchmark industry trends and competitor activity
  • Elaborate and follow up on call reports, quotations, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate trade-related sales activities, including consignee sales campaigns and fair representation

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive sales actions. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
