Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Guadalajara. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to increase revenue and expand our market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Control & Automation or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license

Working Conditions:

  • 60-70% of the position involves traveling or visiting customers
  • Physical requirements include lifting, climbing, standing, and equipment use
  • Reporting or developing activities may be done in our offices in Guadalajara or home office when necessary
