About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Specialist to join our Electrification Products team at ABB. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Support the process of defining marketing and sales targets, and establish appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region.
  • Profitable Business Growth: Ensure profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of particular product, application, and segment initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Implement activities for agreed cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Assist in continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) by executing customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and with corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in Vertiv, Schneider, Eaton, Industronic (UPS manufacturers).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Electrical products and medium voltage products, experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Language: Advanced level of English.
