**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region.
- Identify and acquire new hotel partners, and manage existing relationships to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product design and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the global headquarters to drive business growth and improvement.
**Key Requirements**
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Valid working permit/visa in Mexico.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, revenue management, or e-commerce.
- Existing network with Tourism Boards, airlines, affiliate partners, and travel influencers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
