About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Necodex in Hermosillo, Sonora. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or sales leadership
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in sales technology, including CRM and sales engagement platforms
