Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Brady Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through Inside Sales & Marketing efforts, primarily over phone and using web-enabled technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow Brady's guiding values and continuously improve processes
  • Actively work with other employees to achieve high delivery performance and low costs
  • Service existing select accounts and close new business through opportunity pipelines
  • Develop assigned target accounts into long-term customers
  • Cross-sell all Brady products/services into each account
  • Train and motivate distribution partners on Brady products and prospect for future opportunities
  • Participate in National Sales Meetings and Trade Shows
  • Meet sales goals and objectives, motivate, train, and perform joint calls with distribution
  • Form consultative relationships with customers and provide facility solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of college education and sales experience
  • Background in Safety and/or Industrial Markets
  • Analyze customer requirements and promote company products to meet those requirements
  • Knowledge of all Brady Americas products Safety and Industrial
  • Bilingual English
  • Good computer skills and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork attitude, initiative, and hard work
  • Over four years of sales experience
