About the BAP Program:
The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in the blockchain industry. As part of this program, you will be given the opportunity to explore life at Binance, understand what goes on behind the scenes, and develop your skills through networking and professional development. Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major institutional clients
- Expand existing customer relationships through sustained communication and understanding of their needs
- Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers
- Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and communicate with various departments to provide optimal solutions
- Research and brainstorm new methods of client acquisition based on data-driven insights
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in any field, or graduated less than 1 year ago
- Past experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong communication, flexibility, excellent relationship maintenance, and sales skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Passion for crypto and fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
