We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and sales to ensure seamless support delivery.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall support experience.
  4. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support delivery.
Requirements
  1. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Core Java and experience with Java tech stack.
  2. Hands-on Experience: Have at least 2-3 years of hands-on development experience in Core Java.
  3. Project Experience: Have worked on 2-3 projects in the Java tech stack.
