Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at FIS. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues and providing expert guidance on our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Collaborate with design engineering and software engineering teams to identify and resolve design, reliability, and maintenance problems
- Provide training and support to customers on our products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
