Customer Service Liaison

At MAHLE, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this position is to ensure timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements.
You will be responsible for guaranteeing the reliability and records of customer requirements in our SAP system, ensuring seamless performance and delivery rating with each client according to our objectives.
In addition, you will supervise EDI personnel to meet shipping objectives, as well as report on performance indicators in customer service on compliance and delivery claims.
This role also involves managing various customer supply systems, including Nissan, VW, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Jatco, Mercedes, and Toyota.
Key QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need 4-5 years of experience in a related field, fluency in English, and strong knowledge of SAP. Automotive experience, specifically over the last 2 years, is highly preferred.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
