Job Description

This full-time position is based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, requiring you to be present 2-3 times a week. As a Strategic Fintech Brand Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving Klar's presence across traditional and digital media.

  • Media Leadership: Develop integrated campaigns that align with brand goals, engage target audiences, and expand reach across multiple platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use insights and analytics to guide brand strategy, assess performance, identify opportunities, and optimize impact.
  • Creative Vision: Collaborate with the creative team to develop standout campaigns that reinforce Klar's identity and set us apart in the fintech market.
  • Budget and Project Management: Oversee budget allocation for media and brand initiatives, ensuring resources are used effectively to maximize brand impact and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Requirements
  • Hands-On Brand Builder: Proven ability to build, scale, and execute disruptive brand strategies in high-growth tech or consumer sectors.
  • Analytical and Data-Savvy: Hands-on experience in brand reporting and analysis, using data to inform strategy and drive decision-making.
  • Market-Savvy and Adaptive Mindset: Flexible and growth-focused, with a talent for adapting strategies to Klar's evolving needs.
  • Clear Communication and Organizational Skills: Ability to communicate ideas openly, manage projects efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
