Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at Nezda Technologies Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot RingCentral Unified Communications issues to ensure a stable integrated UC platform.
  • Provide expert technical support to Enterprise customers, troubleshooting and reproducing customer technical issues to resolution and/or escalation.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal help articles to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in customer-focused/customer experience role handling VOIP/Telephony Accounts.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and patience.
  • Required experience in VOIP technology, including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs for at least 2 years.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular night shifts with occasional onsite work at our Ortigas and Cubao locations.
  • A competitive salary package with 20% night differential and lucrative allowances after 6 months.
