Regional Sales Manager for Road Transport and Trucking Sector

**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the road transport and trucking sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Generate sales revenue with new customers and existing relationships to meet network needs.

Target specific customers in Mexico to grow sales on assets and logistics.

Work with the Sales and Business Development team to expand relationships and impact growth initiatives.

Manage customer relationships with internal departments, including Contracts, Pricing, Customer Service, Planning, Operations, Claims, Billing, and Collections.

Align with Mexican partner carriers to generate southbound leads.

Meet quarterly and review annual sales goals set by management.

**Requirements**:

Existing customer and/or carrier relationships with freight through the Nuevo Laredo/Laredo.

Experience with account management or sales in logistics or trucking.

Bilingual English/Spanish - Business Proficiency Level Required.

Ability to travel within Mexico and cross to the USA for customer visits and/or training.
