Job Role Summary- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with geographic and functional objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and improve business performance through timely and effective stewardship.
- Establish protocols for interactions with support functions to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Oversee the development of Channel Partners' capabilities, including Distribution, Retail, Repair Shop, OEM, and other key stakeholders.
- Set operational boundaries to ensure efficient business operations.
- Coach Sales Supervisors to support the Professional Sales Process and related business processes.
- Lead the organization in accordance with the Corporate Supervisory Effectiveness Framework.
- Reinforce and recognize coaching behavior and culture within the Cluster.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to achieve Business Unit goals. Identify optimal business elements for various segments.
Expected Level of ProficiencyReview the required level of proficiency in this Job Role for both Functional Skills and Behavioral Skills.
