About the Role:

This job requires a highly skilled technical support professional to provide advanced services to TD SYNNEX customers. As a key member of our support team, you will assume multiple roles during your shift to ensure seamless coverage and respond promptly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for monitoring our customers' IT infrastructure technologies and reacting quickly to potential problems.
  • You will collaborate with our team to attend to remote management requests from customers and generate reports as needed.
  • In addition to providing technical support, you will also adopt a pre-sales position and identify business opportunities for new services or products.
  • Finally, you will receive training on our monitored, supported, and managed products to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience working as an L1 Support Engineer.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and switching technology.
  • Experience with AWS is highly desirable.
  • Excellent teamwork and analytical skills are essential.
  • Candidates must have active communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Compensation Package:
