Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Mexico.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, escalating complex issues to other teams as needed, and documenting troubleshooting steps and customer incidents.
Responsibilities- Provide general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Answer technical support calls and provide solutions to customers
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on morning/afternoon/night shifts
- Advanced English skills
- 6 months of experience in customer service
We offer a competitive salary of $350,000 - $450,000 MXN per year, plus benefits such as:
