Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a skilled professional to act as a liaison between clients, employees, and our organization. As a Business Development Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients and their hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients and their hiring managers
- Support new and existing client employees through consistent communication and meetings
- Manage the hand-off of employees to clients
- Search for open positions and opportunities for prospects and clients
- Support the finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment from our clients
In this role, you will identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our clients, and handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. You will also keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements:- Proven customer support experience or account management experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (plus if HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience having clients in the healthcare or hospitality organizations is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
