As a Manager, Customer Success , you will spearhead retention efforts, cultivate long-term customer relationships, and facilitate business growth through strategic planning and operational leadership. Your expertise in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and end-customer relationship skills will be valuable assets in this position.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in client management
  • Proven track record in driving retention and upselling
  • Fluent English essential
  • Experience in managing a professional team and leading cross-functional projects

Earn a Competitive Salary
