About the Role

Celona Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to drive technical sales interactions with customers and partners in the LATAM region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering technical product presentations, training sessions, and proof of concept/value field testing for our private 5G LAN solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Sales: Create and deliver technical product presentations and training sessions to technical and product groups of customers, service providers, and channel partners.
  • Network Design and Delivery: Design and deliver 4G/5G networks at customer sites, including deployment and optimization.
  • Technical Architecture: Define technical architecture for integration within the customer environment.
  • Customer Consultation: Participate in consultation with prospective customers and/or product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with customer/partner network engineers, architects, and operation support staff to map customer requirements to Celona's products.
  • Pre-Sales Alignment: Work with different stakeholders in Celona to drive pre- and post-sales alignment and engagement with partners.
  • Product Evangelism: Drive customer and partner training and enablement in the region.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with Celona customers, service providers, and channel partners as a trusted and valued resource.
  • Travel: Travel within the LATAM region to visit customers, service providers, and channel partners, and attend trade shows.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience working with cellular technologies, including LTE and 5G technologies.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working with system integrators and service providers in the LATAM region.
  • Networking Knowledge: 3+ years of experience working with enterprise networking technologies, including local area networks, security, and firewall solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding project management skills and impeccable business judgment.
  • Product Lifecycle Experience: Hands-on experience in complete product lifecycle, including site survey, RF design, deployment, optimization, and monitoring of cellular networks.
  • Wireless Product Sales Experience: 4+ years of wireless product technical sales experience.
  • Team Player: Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, with a team player attitude.
