Sales Manager LATAM

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our campus sales efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new campus licenses in LATAM
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at universities to promote the value proposition of AMBOSS
- Participate in local events and collaborate with marketing on local campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Research and analyze market trends in academic and clinical medicine, as well as EdTech, to inform sales strategies
- Work closely with the B2P team to generate new leads and opportunities
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in LATAM, preferably in the university sector
- Native level of Spanish language and good level of English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in solution sales and a strong understanding of the EdTech market
