About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our campus sales efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new campus licenses in LATAM
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at universities to promote the value proposition of AMBOSS
  • Participate in local events and collaborate with marketing on local campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Research and analyze market trends in academic and clinical medicine, as well as EdTech, to inform sales strategies
  • Work closely with the B2P team to generate new leads and opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in LATAM, preferably in the university sector
  • Native level of Spanish language and good level of English skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in solution sales and a strong understanding of the EdTech market
