Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Cloud Support team as interns. As a Cloud Support Associate Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best engineers in the industry and develop your skills in cloud computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gaining hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, load balancers, and S3 storage solutions
- Collaborating with AWS engineers and peers in virtual classrooms to learn about AWS services and practice troubleshooting techniques
- Developing knowledge of internet fundamentals and cloud computing concepts
- Troubleshooting networks using tools such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or similar/related technology
- Working with at least one functional scripting language, such as Perl, Python, Ruby, shell scripting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in computer science and relevant technical skills. Experience with AWS services is a plus.
