About the Role

Teleflex, a global provider of medical technologies, seeks an experienced Medical Device Sales Executive to lead our Latin America sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a world-class sales organization, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the market, current sales organization, processes, incentive plans, and CRM to develop an effective strategy for growth.
  • Create a high-performing sales team that exceeds financial, market share, and brand development objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, including talent acquisition, training, and motivation.
  • Differentiate with people by partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top sales talent.
  • Develop strong relationships with dealer networks and establish key partnerships to drive financial objectives.
  • Define go-direct opportunities and execute M&A integrations in LATAM.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales incentive program that drives overachievement of company objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with extensive experience in the Latin American Market.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-growth sales teams and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and industry panels.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience. This is a competitive salary range that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
