Our Exciting Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, working with the latest IMS and Telecom Cloud technologies. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues to stabilize customer networks.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer issues and provide timely resolutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of IMS and Telecom Cloud solutions
• Provide expert-level support to customers and internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IMS solutions (native and virtualized)
• Strong understanding of IMS nodes (e.g., MRS, BGF, MTAS, CSCF, SBG, IPworks, and others)
• Troubleshooting skills and experience with e2e solution support
• Basic knowledge of HSS, CUDB, EPC, and Cloud (e.g., CEE)
• Solid knowledge of IP Interworking and Linux
• Professional-level English and Spanish language skills
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizing skills
• Excellent presentation and knowledge-sharing skills
• Strong customer management skills
