About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist with expertise in managing diverse HR functions, including employee relations, internal communication, policy development, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as proficiency in both English and Spanish language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide performance management guidance to client group leadership, ensuring effective coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Support the development of department goals, objectives, and systems that align with the company's strategic direction.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with managers and employees to promote our culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including performance and behavior documentations.
  • Answer employee questions on policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Partner with HRBPs to drive execution of HR/Center of excellence programs.
  • Advise on the development, implementation, maintenance, and legal compliance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify trends and analyze data to recommend solutions that improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Assist with processing employee changes, terminations, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Manage initiatives and projects that span across functions.
  • Recruit top-notch talent across multiple areas of the business.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Mexico.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and manage multiple competing priorities and projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work within compressed timeframes and embrace innovation.
  • Born problem-solver with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong interviewing skills to identify top talent.
  • Positive attitude, driven by results, yet humble.

Salary Information

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
