As a Customer Service Liaison Specialist at CMA CGM, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and requirements with professionalism and expertise. This role involves serving customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for informing customers about any shortcomings based on initial conditions, such as cost or delay.

You will also be responsible for following up on idle containers, liaising with depots and terminals, notifying customers and suppliers, and helping to resolve issues related to equipment stolen or damaged.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to keep system and vessel files up-to-date with accuracy and adhere to established laws and specific instructions. Additionally, you will validate costs related to empty equipment.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
