Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to drive business growth in the Latin American market.
This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring partner performance, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the annual development strategy and target for the Latin American market
- Screening the market and finding suitable partners for new markets
- Evaluating and monitoring partner performance and suggesting improvements
- Developing marketing strategies for key markets
- Conducting market research to identify product and category opportunities
- Monitoring product performance and creating improvement plans
- Managing new product launches and pricing strategies
- Creating annual marketing budgets and overseeing their execution
- Designing effective marketing mixes for the Latin American market
- Leading key marketing activities such as events and retailer brand building
- Fostering team building and training initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- 5-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a background in the stationery industry
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects
- Strong distributors management skills
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
- Advanced English language skills
