About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our field sales teams and management to identify targets and grow our business
  • Support our ecosystem partners, including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, General Contractors, and Integrators
  • Qualify new business leads and forward them to the field team or ecosystem
  • Use CommScope's internal resources to meet customer expectations
  • Manage opportunities and use account planning to drive sales growth
  • Implement the CommScope Sales Methodology and follow up on inbound leads
  • Develop sales opportunities through research and identification of potential opportunities
  • Maintain and expand our database via D365 and SFDC
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in English and Spanish language (written and spoken)
  • 6 months previous B2B selling experience in a similar area
  • CRM (Salesforce) tool experience
  • Sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings
