About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Executive to join our team in Guadalajara. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our assets in the assigned territory, executing the business plan established by the Country Value Team (CVT), and meeting or exceeding established sales goals and key business metrics.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities to maximize sales in the territory

• Understand the patient journey from diagnosis, treatment, and access, in collaboration with colleagues, market access, and medical affairs

• Visit healthcare professionals (HCPs) according to local policies, implementing an omnichannel strategy to deliver value and innovative solutions

• Implement plans rolled out during the PDA and FVT, together with the CVT, according to the strategy defined and with clear and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Licenciatura degree

• Intermediate level of English and Spanish

• Valid driver's license

• At least 3 years of driving experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles
