About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Channel Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our Ecosystem and Partner Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans, campaigns, and events in collaboration with our market-leading data, cloud, and technology partners, commercial stakeholders, and regional marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans, campaigns, and events to drive demand generation and partnership growth.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, regional and global marketing teams, and commercial counterparts to implement impactful marketing programs.
  • Optimize campaign performance by refining strategies to enhance effectiveness and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in lead generation, audience targeting, and content-driven customer acquisition.
  • Foster ongoing partner engagement by maintaining regular communication and outreach with partners to maximize collaboration potential.
  • Analyze and report metrics to assess partnership performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Forge internal collaborations by building strong partnerships with internal marketing, content, commercial, and product teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across all initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B financial and energy services.
  • Expertise in field, digital, and event marketing, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and event channels to drive B2B commercial growth.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent presentation, stakeholder management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights and utilize data to optimize performance.
  • Customer-centric mindset and the drive to work entrepreneurially within a global marketing team.
