Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our LATAM campus market. As a key member of our Commercial team, you'll be responsible for driving growth, acquiring new licenses, and networking with stakeholders to promote AMBOSS's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new university partnerships in LATAM to expand our reach.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and collaborate with marketing on local campaigns.
  • Attend local conferences and events to build relationships and showcase AMBOSS's capabilities.
  • Create and maintain a network of key decision-makers at universities to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the B2B team to coordinate sales and pricing strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Native-level Spanish language skills and good English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience. You'll also have access to our comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
