We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to work for RHI Magnesita, the leading global supplier of high-grade refractory products and solutions.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

RHI Magnesita is looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts within our North American region. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a designated group of customers alongside sales representatives
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders from various customers across the United States and Canada
  • Handling customer billing and generating invoices, as well as credit and debit memos tailored to their business needs
  • Collaborating closely with the supply chain team, including production, quality, transportation, and warehouse personnel

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Transportation, International Relations, or Communication
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service representative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in using ERP systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English
  • Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite, particularly in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
