About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and consulting services to our users across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Opportunities for Multi-country Bids
  • Build and maintain the client hierarchy; align with Digital Products
  • Ensure all Account and Opportunity fields are current throughout the bid cycle
  • Keep encouraged metrics and currencies aligned with bid
  • Maintain alignment of encouraged metrics with pricing
  • Build, Manage, and Progress Quotes
  • Progress Contracting
  • Ensure Opportunities are up to date before sending for signature
  • Make sure opportunities close successfully upon signature
  • Handle Wet Signature process, as needed
  • Ensure Accuracy and Completeness of data resulting from Closed Opportunities (i.e., Dates, Subscriptions, etc.)
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Salesforce support experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, data structure, and reporting functions
  • Good communication skills, including the ability and patience to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, adapt rapidly to organizational needs, and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook & Excel
  • Experience with Sales Processes, Contracting, CPQ, and/or CONGA/Apttus is desired but not required
