About the Role:
As a Customer Retention Expert at Global Payments, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the merchant experience and optimizing the company's portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and protect revenue, volume, and merchant count by engaging with merchants proactively and reactively.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and math and analytical skills. You should be able to probe and identify customer issues, problem solve those issues, and maintain work queues while completing work items within a timely manner.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a strong understanding of merchant services pricing. This is an opportunity to own your destiny with a worldwide payments industry leader where you can learn, grow, and advance.
