Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Marken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee and ensure daily operations are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide an enhanced level of customer service and support, including advising customers on services-related issues and developing excellent working relationships.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: Manage and support the customer service team, including training and development of staff.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of proven experience in a customer service role, with intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Industry Knowledge: Courier and/or Air Freight Industry experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence others and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
