Empowering Customer Success in Data-Driven Industries

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Team Lead to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and utilization of our data analytics solutions across our customer base.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience with our products. You will also work closely with our technical support team to resolve any issues that may arise and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the data analytics landscape and be able to quickly gain a working knowledge of our software portfolio, including RapidMiner (AI/ML platform), Monarch (data preparation), Panopticon (data visualization), and SLC (alternate SAS language environment).

About the Role

  • Lead Customer Success Efforts: Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and retention, ensuring that our customers achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Analyze Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In information technology, information systems, data science, computer science, mathematics, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proven track record of resolving complex problems and finding creative solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and HubSpot, with experience working with data analytics tools and platforms.
