Customer Service Account Executive Jr.

This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Account Executive Jr. will work closely with product owners to ensure the smooth operation of our Asset and Configuration Management Database.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of railroad operations and be able to identify areas for improvement. They will also be responsible for establishing relationships with internal teams, including Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Revenue Management.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of professional experience are required. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is essential for this role.
Working ConditionsThis position involves shift work, which means you must be willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-call responsibilities are also an essential part of this job, requiring you to support critical systems and processes 24/7.
